UF4. the changes I made were:
formula: Nova (Mandelbrot)
exponent (real): 4
relaxation (real): 4
relaxation (imaginary): 1
inside colouring: TIA
outside colouring: DOT, trap shape: egg
I tried to experiment with other outcoloring methods to get differnt backgrounds but I kept coming back to the black.

Thank you Mario :) The small minibrots that occurs due o the inside coloring are a very fascinating phenomena :) Have you tried to zoom in one of the white ones?

They are fascinating. I just did some more zooming today {on a faster computer w/ higher screen resolution} and both the white & black minibrots have mini Julias at multiple points. Apparently, all that fuzz is just a bunch of differently sized Julias. I never realized until today

This was what I discovered (see the parameter file below). I used the inside formula "Period" written by Greenseng here on DA. The different colors represent different periods. His (and mine) modules are included in the zip [link] I've spo far not sen any Julias, but they occur as decoration attached to minibrots in cubics ant yet higher parameter spaces.
